IAS Holiday PJ and Book Drive

Dear Parents,

Island Avenue School is excited to announce our annual Holiday PJ and Book Drive! This school-wide community service project will help us make a difference for students at Milner Core Knowledge Academy in Hartford.

From December 4-15, Island Avenue School will be collecting new children's pajamas and books for the PreK-8th grade students at Milner Academy. 

Each PJ and book donation should be placed in the same holiday gift bag, and the bag should be labeled with the grade-level and gender of the potential recipient (e.g. "2nd grade Boy"). Then the labeled bag should be placed on the PJ and Book Drive table located in the front hall from December 4-15. Please feel free to call the school office if you have any questions about this school-wide service project. Otherwise, thank you in advance for your participation!
