The fifth grade students pictured above in costume are members of the new musical theatre class offered at Brown School this year. Students participating in this class are also members of the fifth grade chorus. Their first performance this year was a staged number from the Sound of Music, titled So Long, Farewell which they performed at the end of the school’s annual talent show. The class meets all year and is co-taught by theatre instructor Matthew Price and chorus teacher Barbara Soderberg.
