The Madison Public Schools Board of Education consists of nine members who are elected by the voters of Madison. Each volunteer member serves a four-year term.
Debra Frey is co-owner of Frey Associates along with her husband Steve. Frey Associates is a full service appraisal firm for real estate properties. Debra and Steve have four children attending the Madison Public Schools. Debra has been an active volunteer with the Madison Youth Violence Prevention and School Safety Steering Committee, and a Community Awareness Representative for Island, Ryerson and Jeffrey schools. She has also served as a liaison at the Ryerson school on the School Improvement team, has been a member of the Parents Representative Council, and President of the Ryerson PTO.
