Polson Hosts VEX IQ Robotics Tournament

Polson Middle School hosted its first VEX IQ Robotics tournament this past Saturday.  All 6 of our teams had 6 qualifying matches in the morning with 3 of our teams - 1695A, 1695B and 1695E -qualifying for the tournament in the afternoon.  The 1695E team (Emma Mannix, Brennan Catino, Jack Varone and Josh Lee) finished 2nd out of 34 teams. The 1695A team (Robbie Ginsburg, Patrick Coulis, David Bixon and Landon Hendershot) finished 5th. The 1695B team (Own Swift, Eric Raknsis, Nathan Becker and Aiden DeRusso) finished 10th.  Congratulations are also in order for our 1695E team who won the Design Award which qualifies them for the state tournament in March. Please congratulate these 3 teams and all of our robotics team members for a great job!
