Fibonacci Day at Brown
November 22 was a special day at Brown in honor of the mathematician Fibonacci. The day started with a whole school assembly followed by special activities in core classes including a math activity to explore the pattern he discovered and ELA activity to write Fibs or poems in his sequence. Students also took the Fibonacci spiral and turn it into a new design in an art activity. Thank you to the Brown PTO for providing each student with an Italian ice as part of the activities.
