Cyber Robotics Coding Competition

Cyber Robotics Coding Competition

Description

The Cyber Robotics Coding Competition (CRCC) is a groundbreaking,
online robotics competition that engages students in coding. Brown students will learn, through gaming and competition, STEM, coding and tech literacy. No previous experience is necessary, and all Grade 5 students are eligible to participate. CRCC is cloud-based, can be accessed from any computer and uses simulation of virtual 3D Robots that perform complex tasks and missions. By learning to program, planning and strategizing the virtual robot to participate, students will compete within their class,
grade, school, district and state to win stages and progress to the finals. In-school finals will be held on December 5 to choose eligible students to attend the Connecticut state  finals, which will be held on Saturday, December 7.  Attendance on offered days is suggested,  but not mandatory.
