Beach and Recreation Department Survey

Dear Parents:

The Town of Madison Beach and Recreation Department is considering starting a Before School Program at Brown School in the fall of 2017. However, in order to do this, we need your input. We would appreciate it if you would complete this brief survey.

Keep in mind that we are a service provider to the community and we need to meet a financial bottom line in each program where supply and labor costs are recovered through user fees. In order for us to consider this program we must be confident that this bottom line will be met. Also, keep in mind that students attending Brown School are allowed access to the school at 7:50 am each morning. Therefore, our program would run from 7:00-7:50 am each day.
