October 25, 2018 Infinite Campus Smartphone App Error Upon opening their Infinite Campus app, some students and parents have reported seeing a blank white screen or a white screen showing a "Connection Error" message.
The white screen issue has been isolated to the app for Android devices and has been resolved by Infinite Campus. Users must update their app in order to restore functionality. Updates to the app are now available in Google Play. In some cases, users may need to uninstall the current app and reinstall the updated app.
