February 1, 2021 Remote Learning Today & More Ryerson News Dear Ryerson Parents,
Let it snow! What a beautiful part of New England living watching the snow fall from indoors! While we are not in school today, we will be remote learning from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Please be sure you and your child have reviewed the schedule for today on Google Classroom and are present at all the live sessions throughout the morning and early afternoon. Teachers will be taking attendance today as it is a school day.
This week there are two early dismissal days for Parent-Teacher Conferences. February 3rd and February 4th will be shortened days for students. The dismissal plan for both these days will be: First Initial of Last Name Pick-up Time Location A-E 12:30 p.m. Bus Loading Area F-L 12:30 p.m. Lower Parking Lot M-Q 12:45 p.m. Lower Parking Lot R-Z 1:00 p.m. Lower Parking Lot Students taking the bus home 1:00 p.m. Bus Loading Area The 100th day of school is February 10th. I thank everyone who has donated a food item for the Madison Food Bank. We are working hard to collect 100 items at each grade level. If you haven't donated, there is still time.
As previously shared by classroom teachers, students will be able to exchange Valentine Cards this year with their classmates. If you child will be participating, the Valentine Cards must be sent into school by February 8th.
I wish you all a great afternoon of "snowman making", sledding, maybe a snowball fight and ending with a warm cup of cocoa! Enjoy!
Stay warm,
Kelly K. Spooner
