New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC)-Reminder In preparation for the upcoming Self-Reflection that Daniel Hand High School will be completing as part of the NEASC Accreditation process, all students, families, and faculty members will complete surveys designed to provide our school with important feedback on our work. We hope to learn more about what is working well for our students and identify areas for growth and improvement. Every student will have an opportunity to complete the survey during the school day. Parents/guardians will also be surveyed. Watch for an email from the school with the link to the survey. We ask that every family complete one survey. You do not need to complete multiple surveys if you have more than one student in the school. The survey is mobile-ready and can be completed on a computer, tablet, or phone.
A.M. and. P.M. Traffic Pattern - Reminder As an important reminder to aide with the traffic flow and ease the congestion, student drop-off in the a.m. should be directly in front of the athletic shed. If you are dropping off your student(s), please enter our campus via the Daniel Hand driveway, drop off by the curb in front of the athletic shed, and exit the campus via the Polson driveway. Student pick-up during dismissal should be at the tiger door located by the back parking lot. Please use the Polson driveway during this time if you are taking a right onto Green Hill Road when you exit the campus. School security personnel and our School Resource Officer will be outside reminding school community members of these traffic pattern expectations.
Enjoy the remainder of the day.
Stay healthy,
Mr. Salutari
