We highly recommend parents of underclassmen to sign up to help to take some of the pressure off the already stressed senior parents but also so that you will know what needs to be done in future years! |
MOVE IN TO AUXILIARY GYM FRIDAY, FRIDAY, JUNE 10th 5-7 pm We will be moving all the props/sets to the Auxiliary Gym and the Bridge on Friday 10th of May from 5.00-7.00pm. We will meet at 130 Fort Path Road, Unit #8 and move those things and then move to 140 Fort Path Road #101 et al to move things that are in storage. We will rent a U-Haul but will need trucks and large vehicles to help with this. |
SET UP THE BRIDGE SATURDAY, JUNE11 FROM 8:30 AM -1:00 PM We will be able to set up the Bridge on Saturday 11th from 8.30am-1.00pm. |
SET UP THE DINING AND ASSEMBLY HALL MONDAY, JUNE 13TH 2:00-10:00 PM We will be able to set up the Dining and Assembly Hall on Monday 13th from 2 - 10 pm. This will be a lot of work and we need people who can help build the dividing wall and set up temporary walls. There will be a number of other tasks as well so even if you aren't great with a power drill, please sign up. |
ALL OTHER AREAS TUESDAY, JUNE 14TH FROM 12 NOON-4PM We have access to the main hallway, landing at top of the stairs and the bathrooms from 12.00 noon -4 PM Tuesday 14th. The carnival games/bingo/admissions will also be set up at this time. We hope to get everything set up so that the Fire Marshall can inspect prior to the Public Viewing. |
BREAK DOWN/MOVE OUT 3:30AM-7 AM (SHIFT 1) We must break down the main hallway, landing, gym and bathrooms by 7.00am. Therefore breakdown of these areas will begin at 3.30pm, when the kids all go into the Dining and Assembly Hall, and must be completed by 7.00am. We will have 2 U-Haul trucks available to load into and move to storage during this time. The picture boards will also be taken down at this time so that kids leave with their boards. |

BREAKDOWN/MOVE OUT TUESDAY, JUNE 15 FROM 3:00 PM- 8:00 PM(SHIFT 2) The Bridge and the Dining and Assembly Hall will be broken down from 3.00-8.00pm. Again we will have U-Haul trucks but if anyone has a truck to share during this time, that would be great. All of the large sets that were constructed on Monday will need to be taken down so those with power drill skills are needed. These areas need to be taken down as the items moved back to storage. We know that this is a busy time but it is a busy time for everyone!!! If you are a senior parent who hasn't yet volunteered to make this a special night for your child, now is your chance. If you are an underclassman parent, this is a chance to support our seniors and learn what you will need to do in coming years. |
