Good Afternoon Polson Families, Holocaust Survivor This week, students engaged in a school-wide virtual assembly with 98-year old Judith Altmann, a Holocaust survivor. Please ask your students to tell you more about her experiences and powerful message of hope and strength. Students can also stop by the LMC to learn more about WWII and the Holocaust. We also have many books from last month's Black History Book Talk and this month's Women's History Book Talk. PTO Meeting I invite you to mark your calendars for the March PTO meeting on Tuesday, March 14th at 6:30 PM in the Polson library. Dr. Cooke, Superintendent of Schools, will be our guest speaker to present the 2023-2024 MPS Educational Budget and address any questions you may have related to the budget. In addition, the Polson counselors will share strategies for ways you can support your child with executive functioning skills. Special Events There are also 6th grade theater performances on March 14th and 15th and the main hallway will display student work for the Art Show.
