2025 CIAC Scholar Athletes

Brooke Anderson and William McGuire were honored as this years CIAC Scholar Athletes at a banquet on May 2. The Scholar-Athlete Program annually recognizes two high school seniors from each member school whose academic and athletic careers have been exemplary, whose personal standards and achievements are a model to others, and who possess high levels of integrity, self-discipline and courage. Hand Athletic Director Chris Farrell said, “selecting [Anderson and McGuire] as our CIAC Scholar-Athletes was an easy decision!  They exemplify everything this award represents.”
