DHHS Jazz Band Joins Workshop at NYC's Lincoln Center

On January 16th, the DHHS Jazz band traveled to New York City for the day to participate in a workshop at Lincoln Center. They worked with Summer Camargo, a member of the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra as well as the newest and youngest ever member of the Saturday Night Live band. From there they took in panoramic views of the city from the 93rd floor of Summit One Vanderbilt, one of New York's newest skyscrapers. The students and five chaperones finished their day back at Lincoln Center with dinner and a show at the world famous Dizzy's Club. It was a fabulous day for our music students!
