DHHS Jazz Band Visits Lincoln Center
On January 30th, 26 musicians from the DHHS Jazz Band and their director Mr. Gage traveled to New York City. While there, the students participated in a clinic at Jazz at Lincoln Center with acclaimed drummer and educator Jerome Jennings. At night, they attended the 8:00 show at the world-famous Village Vanguard jazz club, where they were treated to a performance by the amazing Vanguard Jazz Orchestra.
