National Honor Society Induction Fall 2021

On Nov. 18 Daniel Hand High School inducted 23 students into the National Honor Society.

NHS is a international organization dedicated to honoring student academic achievement and encouraging student participation in school activities and community service. Students who met the academic criteria (a Weighted GPA of 4.0 or higher) were invited to seek membership. Evaluation of potential members is based on the following criteria: scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Members of Hand NHS work with other students as peer tutors, assist in various service events during the school year, and volunteer out in the community.

Congratulations to all new members!
