NHS Induction Spring 2026

On May 28, Daniel Hand High School inducted 50 students into the National Honor Society.

NHS is an international organization dedicated to honoring student academic achievement and encouraging student participation in school activities and community service. Students who met the academic criteria (a Weighted GPA of 4.0 or higher) were invited to seek membership. Evaluation of potential members is based on the following criteria: scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

Members of Hand NHS work with other students as peer tutors, assist in various service events during the school year, and help to organize the activities fair for incoming freshmen. Congratulations to all new members.
