Students should have already had their senior portraits taken by now. Those who have not will have their portraits taken at school during our regular school photo day (Wednesday, September 15). This will allow us to ensure that all seniors will be pictured for the yearbook. This is a free session where four photos are taken strictly for yearbook purposes; no other option is available on this day. You can still book an extended photography session at the Branford studio, and we would be able to swap out the in-school photo for one from that session. Please contact the studio for more information about this option as well as a deadline for doing so. You can find all information for our photography company on its website: www.steadyphotography.com. John Steady Photography is our official photographer. The yearbook does not accept portrait submissions from any other photographers.
Portrait Pose Selection: You will receive photo proofs via an online gallery and must select one for the yearbook. The yearbook pose must have a gray background. You are, of course, free to purchase any of the pictures, but this specification is for yearbook purposes. You must make this selection by Friday, October 29th. If a pose is not chosen by that point, the yearbook advisors will select one for you.
Seniors have the opportunity to submit a school-appropriate quote to appear alongside their portrait in the yearbook. The quote cannot be longer than 140 characters. It will be submitted via a Google form, and that form will be available in the fall. The deadline for quote submission is Friday, October 29th at 2PM. This is a hard deadline, and no late submissions will be accepted. Please note that the yearbook advisors and administration have the final say regarding the appropriateness of quotes and whether or not they will be included in the yearbook.
Purchasing Yearbooks: Yearbooks are now available for sale. We highly recommend that you order the book early when discounts are offered. You will be able to order them directly from Jostens. Please note the following important dates:

- The deadline to personalize a book is January 28, 2022. After that point, books will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Grad Ads: These are sold directly by our publisher, Jostens. As with yearbooks, you will save money if you order early. A $20 discount is available to those who submit their ads by November 29th. The price is the same regardless of whether the ad is black and white or color.
- Full page $375
- ½ page $225

The aforementioned prices reflect the $20 discount. Ads can still be purchased after this "early bird" deadline; the absolute final deadline is January 28th.
