The district values our relationships with local vendors who provide:
- Cohen's Bagels
- Ashley's Ice Cream
- Fresh produce from Connecticut farms
Our menus include a wide variety of appealing choices that our students love.
All schools offer lots of fresh fruits and veggies at every meal, with an emphasis on produce from local Connecticut farms when in season. Soup is on the menu seasonally.
We bake many of our snack items right here in our cafeterias, and a large assortment of chips and cookies are available.
All schools serve lunch. Breakfast items are also available at Polson Middle School and Daniel Hand High School.
Madison Public Schools uses a cashless system for food service. All students have been assigned a lunch account which can be managed online with MyPaymentsPlus. MyPaymentsPlus is the online payment program used by Madison Public Schools for school lunch accounts. Through MyPaymentsPlus you can manage and make payments towards your child's lunch account.
Once registered, you can add money to your account using your bank account or your Visa or MasterCard credit card. You also have the option to set your account to add money automatically when your account falls below a certain amount.
Complete instructions on how to register are available on the MyPaymentsPlus Website.
You can also send payment by check to school with your child. Please make checks payable to "Madison Public School Food Service".
