2023-2024 Rotary Student of the Year

Five MPS students were recently honored as the 2023-2024 Rotary Student of the Year. A student from each school is selected to receive the award. Students are nominated by their teacher and principal. The winning student must be a leader, a community volunteer, and be strong academically. In addition, nominators are asked to consider if the student has any connection to the Rotary Four Way Test which is, “Of the things we think, say or do: Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?”

Students were honored at a Rotary meeting in April for Polson and Hand and in May for Jeffrey, Ryerson, and Brown Schools.

Jeffrey Elementary School:   Alissa Aguzzi

Ryerson Elementary School:   Beckett Scheps
