Madison, CT: The Madison Board of Education appointed Christopher Farrell as the new Director of Athletics at its regular meeting on April 26, 2022. The appointment follows a rigorous three-month search.

Mr. Farrell served as the Director of Athletics at Plainville Public Schools since 2016. Everything we do will be centered around supporting our student athletes and coaches to create a great experience for everyone who loves the Tigers. I can't express how honored I am with this opportunity and look forward to leading Madison Athletics to new heights.”

The candidate selection process included stakeholders from various aspects of the MPS community including coaches, teachers, parents, BOE members, and members of the Administration.
