Winter Offerings:

• Boys Basketball – Grades 6, 7, and 8
• Girls Basketball – Grades 6, 7, and 8
• Co-Ed Wrestling – Grades 6, 7, and 8
• Unified Basketball – Grades 6, 7, and 8

Registration for Winter Sports is now open! We ask that all student-athletes complete registration by November 24th to ensure a smooth start to the season. This allows our athletic and nursing staff time to verify eligibility and physicals before tryouts.

Please note that late registrations may delay eligibility, so even if your child is unsure about participating, we encourage you to register before the deadline.

Additional information regarding tryouts, practice times, and game schedules will be shared in November. Tryouts are tentatively scheduled for the second week of December, with exact dates to be announced soon.

To Be Eligible to Participate:
1. Register on FinalForms
Please complete registration on FinalForms by November 24th.

• Families should have received an email from FinalForms with setup instructions.
• This is our new registration platform, and we appreciate your patience as we transition.
• If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Athletic Office.

2. Submit a Current Physical Examination
A valid physical must be on file with the school nurse.

• Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date of the exam.
• You can verify your child’s physical status in your FinalForms account.
