All students in grades 6, 7, and 8 are eligible and encouraged to try out for our athletic teams. Whether you’re continuing a sport or trying something new like our brand-new Girls Volleyball program,
there’s a place for you!

Registration
To participate in Polson Athletics, all student-athletes must complete the following steps via FinalForms:
- Incoming 6th Graders will have accounts set up for them. An email will be sent with login information.
- Register Online: Visit Madison-CT FinalForms to sign all required participation forms.
- Current Physical: A valid physical exam (conducted within the last 13 months) must be on file with the school nurse.
- Most of our teams will have tryouts, and unfortunately, we will not be able to keep every student-athlete. We ask that, if you commit to a Polson team, it be your first priority during the season, so all of our student athletes can have a great experience.
