Polson Robotics Finishes 2024-2025 Season

Polson Robotics finished its season at the CT VEX IQ State Championship on March 2. There were 64 teams in the middle school division of the competition. After a morning of qualifying matches, Polson was able to put two teams forward into the finals that afternoon.

Results: 

Teamwork Award (Third Place) Trophy was awarded to Team 1695F (AKA The Flowberry Fizzers: Evan Felderbaum, Christian Finnegan, Henry Qiu, Sahil Sheth)

Innovate Award Trophy was awarded to Team 1695F (AKA The Flowberry Fizzers: Henry Qiu, Evan Felderbaum, Sahil Sheth, Christian Finnegan)

The Sportsmanship Award Trophy was awarded to Team 1695C (AKA The Circuit Breakers: Evan DelVecchio, Charlie Smith, Wesley Kelleher, Tarek Medunjanin

Additionally, the Volunteer of the Year Award was awarded to Hand High School Student, Kaylee Sayin, a former Polson Robotics Club member. Kaylee, who is a member of our Daniel Hand HS robotics team, volunteered at the event by keeping track of the score for ALL of the matches.
