Incoming 7th graders require two additional vaccines for entry into 7th grade.
In order to enter 7th grade only physicals dated from June 1, 2024 and after that date will be accepted. If a physical was completed before June 1, 2024, your child can not be enrolled in Walter C. Polson Middle School. Download the 2025 physical exam form>
Interscholastic sport physicals last only 13 months. Sign ups for Interscholastic sports are now online. Go to FamilyID on the Polson Athletic website and create an account.
