Susan Daub

I have been a Physical Education and Health Teacher in Madison since 2005.  I started at Jeffrey Elementary School teaching ALL kindergarten PE for 6 years and I was probably in the best shape of my life!  Then I moved to Ryerson and teach PE and Health for grades K-4.  It is so rewarding to work with the children and witness all of the their growth and development from 5-10 years old.  I think I have the BEST job in the school because I have the privilege of teaching fitness and fun activities to children that love to move.  I am right up there with lunch and recess!

I am also an Adjunct Professor at CCSU (Central Connecticut State University) since 2002.  I am a University Supervisor and work with Physical Education students that are out in the field during their student teaching (this is their last semester before graduation).  I travel all over the state to visit my students and have a wonderful opportunity to work with seasoned teachers, fellow professors, and young professionals ready to begin their own careers.

Before teaching in Madison, I have taught in both Orange and Woodbridge, Connecticut, Los Alamos, New Mexico, and Marlboro, New Jersey.  I LOVE teaching!
