PreSeason Workouts:
**Please make sure that your physical and Impact testing are up to date prior to workouts. Those who are not cleared will not be able to participate. **
**Please note that participation in preseason workouts does not guarantee a spot on the team.**
Everything in the summer is optional, and absences will not be held against athletes. We believe that it is important for the athletes to have time with family and friends, to travel, work, etc.

When the DHHS gym is available, we will practice indoors, and work conditioning into the practice. Please bring knee pads and water. Court shoes are recommended.

When the gym is unavailable, we will meet at the turf of the Surf Club (Strong field) for aerobic and agility training. Dress in lightweight clothes, wear sneakers, bring water.
